Description

This listing allows you to custom configure your Pepper Popper Base and lets you select the individual accessories you want to add. Our Popper Base can be used in both rear falling and forward falling applications. There are no accessories or conversions required to switch between these two options. The target is extremely reliable and easy to calibrate. Simply push the plate forward to compress the spring, then adjust the nut and release the plate. The Popper Plate can be adjusted to any angle between 89 and 75 degrees perpendicular to the ground. The pivot mechanism keeps the Popper Plate securely locked into the base when it's down making it fast and easy to manually reset between shooters. Popper Plates are sold separately

Short Bumper Accessory
The extension frame is made of 3/8" steel bar and clips into the base without tools. The custom molded rubber bumper dampens the impact of the falling plate which keeps ground stakes from pulling lose during your match. The height of the bumper allows the plate to lay flat when it's down. The bumper extention folds into the frame for easy transportation and storage. The Short Bumper Accessory is compatible with our 28" Mini-Popper Plate and 28" Colt Speed Steel Plate.

Guard & Lock Pin Accessory
This kit includes the Front Guard, Lock Pin and associated mounting hardware. The 3/8" thick AR500 steel Front Guard protects the base from errant shots but only provides protection when the Popper is rear falling. The Lock Pin allows shooters to practice more effeciently. With the Lock Pin installed, shooters will see the target move when shot but won't need to go down range to reset the target.   

Activator Arm Accessory
Using Poppers to activate secondary targets has never been easier! Just slide your cable through the steel tube on the front face of the target and attach it to the activator arm behind the target plate. Our custom fastener and wingnut make it simple to adjust the tension on the cable.  When the plate falls, the cable is pulled through the tube about 4" which is enough to activate a secondary target of your choice. The cable and hardware are fully protected from stray shots and bullet fragments. This accessory only works when the Popper is rear falling. Activator Cable is sold separately
