Challenge Targets is committed to providing the safest, most durable steel target plates available. We use top grade, through hardened AR500 steel for our metal targets. Our target shapes are laser cut rather than plasma or torch cut. This process reduces heat and preserves the original hardness of the steel along the cut edges. Each target silhouette includes two precision cut mounting holes so your steel targets can be mounted or hung squarely facing the shooter. Unlike other manufactures who utilize one mounting hole, our dual hole design helps keep the shooting surface perpendicular to the shooter. This provides a safer more predictable bullet fragmentation pattern.
