Challenge Targets offers a huge selection of reactive steel targets.  In fact, all of our steel targets are reactive in some way. We've narrowly defined this category to include metal targets with paddles that flip left and right when shot.

Reactive Targets

Reactive Targets provide instant feedback and discipline the shooter to keep their sights on the target in preparation for follow-up shots.  Many military and law enforcement ranges use our reactive steel targets for firearms training.  Designs that utilize a torso shape front plate are commonly referred to as Hostage Targets.  In this configuration, the smaller paddle represent the hostage taker and the front plate represents the hostage.

More broadly defined reactive targets are also commonly used in IDPA, Steel Challenge, IPSC, USPSA, and 3 Gun competition.
