Warranty / Returns
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have any concerns about the workmanship or quality of our targets, please contact us and we will make sure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
Limited 10 Year WarrantyChallenge Targets will replace or repair any item that does not function correctly due to defective components or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. Challenge Targets reserves the right to not warranty any product under these circumstances:
- A product damaged by bullet strikes to components that are not intended to be shot.
- Normal wear caused by friction from moving parts.
- Normal wear caused by bullet strikes on target plates.
- A product that has been modified or altered from it's original configuration.
Before returning a component part or target system for repair, you must first contact Challenge Targets to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items. Returned products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced and returned at Challenge Targets expense.
