At Challenge Targets, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase.

– If you are experiencing a quality or workmanship issue, please refer to our Warranty
Policy for details on coverage and claims.
– If you would like to return your target for any other reason, this page explains our 60-day
return policy.

Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 60 days of the original order date for any reason.
  • Returned products must be in new condition.
  • Original packaging is not required; however, products must be securely repackaged to prevent damage during return shipment.

Packaging for Return Shipments

Many of our products weigh up to 50 lbs, and the original packaging is often not designed to
withstand two shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is packaged
in a manner that will allow it to arrive safely at our warehouse.

  • Reinforcement with corrugated material, banding, and high-strength packing tape may be
    required.
  • Any missing components due to insufficient packaging may affect the refund.

(RMA) and Shipping Instructions

  • Customers must contact Challenge Targets to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) before shipping any return.
  • The RMA# must be referenced on the shipping label, as well as in any correspondence related to the return.
  • Customers should email us the tracking number with the RMA# noted in the subject line when the item has shipped.

Shipping/Refund

  • Customers are responsible for all return freight charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for your protection.

 

  • Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund of
    the product price and any applicable taxes collected.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
